PRODUCTION

The samples and production team will deliver these amazing garments after our design team has finished. Size charts are used by our pattern makers to generate paper patterns for your clothing, which are then given to the samples team so the sample can be created. These two teams collaborate closely to guarantee that the fit and size are accurate and that we can use the fabric from the roll as effectively as possible, minimising fabric waste and saving you money.

After you have given your approval, the samples are digitised using the most recent Vetigraph software technology to match the patterns to your size charts.

We have made large investments in our product department's machinery, and we currently use automatic, semi-automatic machinery for the highest overall finish. Due to our extensive manufacturing capacity, we can produce repeat orders which are crucial for sustaining client trends in just a few days. Because of this, our clients can test out their collections before committing to large-scale manufacturing. If a collection doesn't turn out as expected, we can collaborate with you to repurpose materials to transform a planned item, such a skirt into pants or a top.

We uphold the greatest standards for quality, and each production run undergoes thorough quality inspections at every stage. We also adhere to AQL requirements.
